All our material products are sourced from our factories, providing the best possible pricing for our clients. For cabinetry, we have many options ranging from our standard: All-Wood Shaker Style Ready-To-Assemble Cabinet in Standard Overlay; and can change this to any possible combination of items including but not limited to: Thermofoil, MDF, Slab-Style, Full-Overlay, etc. The cabinets are available to be stained or painted to your liking. These products are meticulously proofed prior to leaving the factory by both the staff at the factory, as well as our team in video calls reviewing and inspecting the products for any faults or mistakes. For countertops, we offer a wide variety of natural and man-made stone products, but many clients have been looking for Granite or Quartz. These products are high-quality, beautiful pieces that look amazing in any setting. We have a wide variety of colors and patterns to choose from to ensure that you always can create the theme imagined.

Occupied Renovations are what separates our company from the competition. We enter an occupied unit at 8am-9am (depending on state laws, and coordination with on-site staff), and exit a unit by the evening. This allows residents to leave for work for the day and return with a new kitchen and bath. We’ve completed over a thousand units in this manner and continue to specialize and expand in this scope to streamline this process and the communication with the client. The process of an occupied rehab helps apartment owners increase unit values in a timely manner, rather than waiting for move-outs, as is standard practice.

In an Occupied Renovation, we specifically focus on the cabinetry and countertops. This requires communication with an on-site representative or manager to coordinate with residents. Cabinets and Countertops are cleared of any personal items, and our team will enter units promptly as per a schedule coordinated with on-site staff. We will provide the proper precautions during the tear-out process to ensure that no property of the resident or apartment complex are damaged during the procedure. We will then replace the cabinets and countertops and finalize the unit with paint touchups to ensure it looks brand new. This process has been proven to work smoothly with both residents and on-site management, as shown through our extensive work catalog.

New Construction is another focus of Rock of Ages Construction. We move quickly in this space, installing around 25 units weekly, although we can increase our crew size to accommodate a quicker schedule if needed. Our crews are former residential installers, which means that they know the level of detail required for a new construction project, multi-family or not. We meticulously inspect every aspect of our work, and coordinate with other contractors on-site to ensure that we can move at our accelerated pace, without slowing down the process for others. As always, punch will be required for units, and we move quickly to correct any issues that a client or inspector may have with the product, to ensure that the project continues smoothly.
